How do I return items I don't want to keep?

You'll normally find a return label in your package. Can't find it? You can download it here.
Here's how to send it back:
1️⃣ Put the items you don't want to keep in the original packaging and close it securely (make sure nothing can fall out!).
2️⃣ Stick the return label onto the packaging, over the old label, to avoid any confusion for the couriers.

Always ask for your proof of shipment! This is your proof that you sent the package back and is essential if it gets lost along the way.
