Have you indicated that you'd like to try something new? Then we also pick a few surprising items for your package. Sometimes we also choose to add a different shape ourselves, because from our expertise, we believe this will lead to an even better fit and optimal comfort.
You'll also receive a personal video from us explaining the choices. While fitting, you can call, WhatsApp, or email us for extra help. You can even send us photos if that helps! After your feedback, we save everything in your "passport". We consult this every time you order again to make it even better.
