For your discovery box, we ask you to send the items you don't want to keep back to us within 7 calendar days. This means that if you received the package on, say, Monday 5 August, we'd ask you to post it back by Monday 12 August at the latest. We hope you'll have been able to try the items on enough times during this period. If that's not the case, just send us an email! We'll make sure you can try things on for a bit longer. 😉 Read here why we ask this of you.
For items you paid for in advance, you have 30 days to exchange or return them, as long as they're in their original condition. Find out here what that means.
