We understand that you sometimes want to think a bit longer about your choice, so we try to be as flexible as possible, but this depends on whether your order has already been shipped or not:
Order not shipped yet: we can usually still cancel the order and refund your payment right away. 🎉
Order already on its way: cancelling is unfortunately no longer possible at that point. But don't worry: you can always return the order within 30 days of receiving it. We'll then refund the purchase amount to your account. 😊
