At the start of the questionnaire, you can indicate that you've ordered with us before. Based on your email address, we'll then look up your previous purchases and guide you through a short, adapted version of the questionnaire. We'll ask, for example, whether the items from last time still fit (because bodies and preferences change, of course). You can then choose between 2 routes:
- Order specific items and shop directly yourself in your sizeless personal webshop
- Receive a new surprise box
