We ask for a €25 deposit when ordering your package. It's a bit like the deposit you pay when renting skis - our beautiful bras are worth that and so much more! 😍⛷ The deposit acts as insurance so we can keep offering this service to as many people as possible.
Good to know: Our entire service is ultimately 100% free! You pay no shipping costs or other fees! 🎉
You get the full deposit back as soon as we've received your return in good condition AND the items you want to keep have been paid for.
Your deposit is settled according to 4 scenarios:
1️⃣ You don't want to keep anything from your box, but do want a new package - we hold onto your deposit for the new selection.
2️⃣ You don't want to keep anything from your box and don't want a new selection - we refund your deposit within 14 calendar days after we've received your return in good condition again.
3️⃣ You keep something from your box - we immediately deduct your deposit from the total amount. If you've ordered extra items after that, you won't pay a new deposit for those. If you ordered using a discount code or a gift card and paid a lower deposit (e.g. €15), €25 will still ultimately be deducted from your total amount to apply the discount.
