Where do you pay?
The payment happens via your digital fitting room.
When your package is delivered, you'll receive a flyer with a QR code AND an email that lead you directly to that Fitting Room. In that environment, you indicate which items you want to keep or return.
How do you pay?
You can pay directly for the items you want to keep from your first package using Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, or iDeal.
If you order extra items, you'll receive a sneak peek from us with the proposal. We'll then ask you to pay for that new order upfront. You can read more about this here.
