You can get your deposit back in 4 ways:

You don’t want to buy anything, but want a new package:
We hold onto your deposit for the new package. -
You don’t want to buy anything and don’t want a new package:
We refund your deposit within 14 calendar days after successfully receiving the items. - You buy items worth €25 or more:
We immediately deduct the deposit from the total amount you pay. If you order extra items afterwards, you won't pay a new deposit for those. -
You buy items worth less than €25:
We refund the deposit within 14 calendar days after successfully receiving the items.
