No worries! Your deposit is never withheld as long as you neatly return all the items you don't buy, we promise. 🤞
If you haven't bought anything from your discovery box, we normally refund it within 14 calendar days after we've received your return in good condition. If it takes longer than that, your return might just be taking a bit longer in transit than expected, which unfortunately sometimes happens due to mistakes by the couriers. You can check the status of your return here.
If you did keep something from your discovery box, it's immediately deducted from what you bought.
